Game Format
Number of Players: 7v7 (6 field players + 1 goalkeeper)
Roster Size: Maximum 14 players per team
Match Length: 2 x 25-minute halves
Halftime: 5 minutes
Running Clock: The game clock does not stop except for serious injury or
referee discretion.
No Added Time: Matches end at the scheduled time.
Ball Size: Size 4

Kick-offs, Restarts & Rules of Play
Kick-offs may be played in any direction.
All free kicks are indirect, except penalty kicks.
Throw-ins are used (no kick-ins).
Goal kicks may be taken from anywhere inside the penalty area.
Build-Out Line Rule (for U12 and younger): On goal kicks, opposing players
must retreat behind the build-out line until the ball is in play.
Substitutions
Unlimited substitutions, with referee approval, on:
Your team’s throw-in
Any goal kick
After a goal is scored
At halftime
For injured player (opponent may also sub)
Offside
Standard offside rule applies from midfield.
Fouls & Misconduct
Slide tackles are not permitted in U12 and younger divisions (indirect free
kick awarded).
Serious fouls, dissent, or unsporting behavior may result in yellow or red
cards.
Red carded players must leave the field and cannot be replaced.
Scoring & Standings
Win: 3 points
Draw: 1 point
Loss: 0 points
Tiebreakers:
1. Head-to-head result
2. Goal differential
3. Goals scored
4. Fewest goals allowed
5. Coin toss
Overtime & Penalty Kicks
Group Play: No overtime – matches may end in a tie.
Knockout Rounds: If tied after regulation, go directly to penalty kicks (best
of 5, then sudden death).
Referees & Decisions
Referees’ decisions are final.
No protests will be accepted on judgment calls.
Sportsmanship
Coaches, players, and spectators are expected to show respect to all
participants.
Abusive behavior towards referees, opponents, or tournament staff will not
be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
